Refunds

Emmaus would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase.

If for some reason you wish to return an item or wish it to be repaired, our Refund & Warranty Policy is set out below.

All electrical items are fully tested for safety by a qualified technician.

Electrical equipment will be supplied with a 90-day warranty, from the date on your receipt. If electrical goods become defective, excluding damage and misuse, a cash refund, store credit or replacement will be given.

Items of Furniture and other non-electrical goods have been visually inspected for safety and suitability for re-use. 

No refunds will be given if an item doesn’t fit in your house or if you change your mind about a product.

Please examine and measure all items before purchase. If you purchase a large item, please be confident that you will be able to get it into your property.

If an item has been delivered and is returned to the store, the delivery charge will be retained to cover the delivery and storage costs. If you are not in to collect your delivery and it is rearranged for another date - you must pay a re-delivery charge (costs vary dependant on your location)

 Other than acceptable and normal “re-use” wear and tear, any known defects should be noted on the receipt.

 No refunds will be given on clothes, books or bric-a-brac.

Note: Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you might have under the Sale of Goods Act.
