About the Brighter Futures project:

Brighter Futures is an employment project that takes a holistic approach to supporting people who might have barriers to move towards paid employment.

We can work with people aged over 16 who are not in paid employment and who may need some support. We don’t just look at someone's employability skills (such as CVs, interview preparation, training etc.). We also look at other things going on in their life (such as housing, debt, health and confidence issues) to ensure we offer the right advice and support, enabling them to overcome difficulties and move towards a Brighter Future.

When you enrol, a Community Coach will get to know you and your goals and aspirations. Together you will  work to overcome obstacles in your life through a combination of coaching, mentoring, volunteering, training and more.
