On 19th February myself and another companion paid a visit to Kew Gardens with a group organised by Paxton Green Timebank.
The weather outlook was none too promising with rain due to start at about midday and, just for a change, the forecast turned out to be correct.
However, there is plenty to see at Kew in the greenhouses with magnificent displays of orchids and tropical plants giving great opportunities for photography.
There are more trips planned for later on in the year so let’s hope the weather co-operates next time!
