Business Manager, West Norwood, SE27
We are looking for a Business Manager with excellent customer service skills and proven management experience gained in either the retail or charity sector to lead a passionate team in a growing business.
The Business Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all business activities including retail and key account sales and Gift Aid income. Working as part of the Management Team, the Business Manager will promote Emmaus internally and externally and contribute to achieving the organisational strategic goals and objectives and objectives around self-sufficiency, solidarity and meaningful work.
- Commercial awareness
- Knowledge of high street retail
- Experience of managing a diverse team of people
- Comfortable with working to sales targets
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and a case management system
- Delivering a high standard of customer service.

Hours 37.5 per week across 5 days, working alternate Saturdays This is a permanent post with a 6-month probationary period. We offer 25 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays.
