We are looking for a Community Manager to take a lead role in our residential building in West Norwood, SE27.

The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a background of working in the charity sector. You will be responsible for delivering support, assessing and accepting referrals, and liaising with other local homelessness services - building a portfolio of referral agencies.

You should be used to working within a safeguarding framework, forward thinking, calm and organised but have a flexible approach. A willingness to actively contribute new ideas and approaches to improve our service will be welcomed. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and a case management system is also required. Reporting to the Director, you will line manage staff so a proven track record of leadership of people, with excellent relationship management and communication skills is essential.

Hours 37.5 per week. This is a permanent post with a 6-month probationary period. We offer 25 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays.
