This is the Emmaus Gloucestershire hub – not only a superstore, but also our head office and admin centre. This is where our vans operate for collections and deliveries across the county. We also have an electrical testing workshop where we ensure the safety and reliability of all electrical items sold. All electrical goods in Emmaus shops come with a 28 day money back guarantee.
Donations
We are accepting donations Monday – Saturday at our Gloucester shop from 09:30 until the daily capacity is reached. It is therefore advisable to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Large donations must be pre-booked in advance, by calling our Gloucester shop on 01452 413095, option 1, to ensure that your donation can be accepted.
Deliveries and Collections
Please note that our van crews are not permitted to enter any customers premises, unless the property is vacant. We are only able to deliver/collect from immediately inside the entrance door of the property or from outside of each property to include the garden, garage or shed.
To arrange a collection please contact the collections office via email [email protected] or telephone 01452 413 095. option 4. Alternatively, to enquire about a collection please complete our online booking form and someone will be in touch.
We operate a delivery service for just £10 per delivery (regardless of number of items) only within certain areas of Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud. Delivery to other areas is available at a slightly higher price. However, please speak to us to check if your area is included.
There is a free car parking area for all Emmaus customers.
