£25K for 25 Years

Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire celebrated its 25th birthday in 2018 by calling on local people to help us raise £25,000 by the end of the year. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped us smash that target!

Thank you to everyone who has helped our appeal, including:

CBS cheque The Risk Team at Coventry Building Society, who donated £734 to pay for new bedding for our companions, plus £1,849 from their new year fundraising.


Disco SoupGroups from the University of Warwick, who recently came together and raised £87 funds for us, at an event called 'Disco Soup'.


ChurchSt Bartholomew's Church in Binley, which kindly donated £1,300 towards our appeal.


In KIndIn Kind Direct gave us a grant of £240 - we've used it to buy items for our accommodation for previously homeless individuals, including toiletries and cleaning products.

M & SThe Marks & Spencer 'Making Every Moment Special' campaign has awarded us £500 - we'll use this generous amount to buy decorating materials for our accommodation.

Broad HeathThe pupils at Broadheath Primary School have kindly raised £53.90 for our anniversary appeal.



We have had a kind donation of £750 for supporting the Rotary Club of Kenilworth in the staging of this years Two Castle Run, plus another £250.

ChurchMany thanks to our supporters from St Barbara's Church, Earlsdon. On June 9th they put on a fantastic show of music and drama to raise £352.

KindAidThanks to Kindaid for their generous £250 donation to our appeal.

CBSMany thanks to The Risk Team at Coventry Building Society for their generous £1,000 donation for us to buy a new cooker for our accommodation building.

Fine & Country estate agents donated £3,000 towards our 'A place called home' project, to help refurbish and decorate our accommodation.

Church fundraiserSt James Fletchamstead church kindly raised £311 for us by holding a special fundraising event.


NyasaDaughters of Nyasa Coventry have generously donated £100 towards our 25th Anniversary appeal.



Holyhead Road United Reformed Church who raised £3166.08 for our appeal.
