While we hope you would not feel unhappy with any area of our work, we would like to hear from you if you are. We welcome any feedback, good or bad.

Complaints about local Emmaus communities should be taken to them directly. How to contact your local Emmaus.

All complaints to Emmaus UK will receive a response within ten working days. If you are unhappy with the response you receive, please let us know and we will escalate the complaint to the Board.

Details of your complaint and your contact details will be kept on file, but will not be used for any other reason.

If you remain dissatisfied with the response, you can refer your complaint to the Charity Commission or Fundraising Regulator
