Emmaus Cambridge on the lookout for two Companion Development Workers

Emmaus Cambridge are on the lookout for two Companion Development Workers to work alongside companions, staff, and volunteers at its community and social enterprise in Landbeach, Cambridge.

Emmaus Cambridge is a charity and social enterprise that provides a home for up to 34 (soon to be 44) companions who are rebuilding their lives, dignity and self-esteem through meaningful work in the on-site second hand store that sells upcycled furniture, bric-a-brac and household goods.

The available roles are an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative team, with the chance to work in a way that inspires, motivates and empowers people to achieve the very best they can.
