Dulwich Runners raise money for Emmaus South Lambeth

The annual Dulwich Runners' event was in aid of Emmaus South Lambeth this year. Companion David braved the weather on 5 October and finished the 10 kilometres in 1 hour and 11 seconds! After the main run there was a 2 mile run for kids under 14 and a 1 mile fun run. Trustee Lorna, Deputy Community Leader Chris and Business Manager Majonne joined in the fun run together with a baby in a pram and 40 other runners. For those who got a bit hungry there was a cake stall with delicious homemade cakes which raised over £250 for Emmaus South Lambeth.

The event attracts runners from all over South London. The maximum capacity of 800 participants was reached a few days before the event.
