Emmaus Mossley celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee
Emmaus Mossley has created a 'step back in time' Jubilee display. This vintage display is filled with furniture, pictures, china, knitting patterns and bunting, handmade by one of their volunteers from the pages of old books.
Retail Manager Hazel Hodkinson said: "It has created a stir with our customers, who love to browse around the scenery. Our volunteer Angie made the bunting and the beautiful paper flowers. Companion Neil also collected together the main bones of the display, and used his own posters and records in the background. It helps so much when you have like-minded people around.
We plan to do more themed displays in the coming months."
