Congratulations to all the Emmaus London Marathon runners! Felicity Clarke and Emmaus UK's Supporter Development Officer James Donaldson did it in under five hours, and everyone else (Thalia Griffiths, Angie Guirey, Team Adam Banham and Hazel Ellard and Andy Bache) did it in around six hours, or less. James said: “The Marathon was a great experience and I really enjoyed the day, perhaps with the exception of the last six miles! I’d like to thank everyone who showed their support for Emmaus by sponsoring me and cheering me on!”
Emmaus Brighton Companion Andy Bache was representing Companions on the team, and General Manager Christine Squince said: “Everyone is delighted at his success. Thanks to Emmaus Greenwich for providing accommodation the night before. Andy enjoyed it so much he’s planning his next Marathon!”
