Enterprising Emmaus Communities open eight new shops

Since the start of 2011, eight Emmaus Communities have opened new shops where customers can find good quality secondhand goods at very reasonable prices. Companions, the residents in Emmaus Communities, work in the Community business of collecting and selling donated items. Emmaus shops help divert material from landfill, provide a source of good quality cheap furniture for local people and produce an income that enables Emmaus Communities to be self supporting.

See phone details below for more information about buying and donating items to the new Emmaus shops or search a full list of Emmaus Shops by region.
