Newsnight fame for Emmaus Hastings and Rother and Director of Emmaus UK
Tim Page (Director of Emmaus UK) appeared on Newsnight on Wednesday 14th July at 10.30pm on BBC TWO.
It was a part of Newsnight's series on The Big Society, the new Government initiative which encourages people to volunteer in their community. Tim discussed the possible impact of The Big Society on Third Sector organisations.
Newsnight are focussing their Big Society series on the city of Hastings, one of the most deprived cities in the UK. They have an ongoing arrangement to film at Emmaus Hastings and Rother, and their story will be shown in the coming weeks - watch this space.
