Welcome to Emmaus Medway

The Second-hand Superstore on High Street, Rochester was opened by the Mayor of Rochester, Councillor Ted Baker on the 28th of September 2011.

With the help of a core group of volunteers we have been operating steadily and successfully on a limited basis. The shop is opened 2 days a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. We also deliver and collect large items on Thursdays between 10am and 4pm.

Our housing accommodation is scheduled to go on-line in February 2012. With this in mind we have hired a Part-Time Administrator, Narinder Shatra to manage our office operations and Nora Kegode, as our Community Leader! Please join me in welcoming both of them to the movement!
