Our shops are a great way to equip a house if you're on
a budget and we'll even deliver your purchases right
to your door. Whether you are looking to redecorate
or just want a couple of new items, come and look at
our stock. We offer good quality, second hand
furniture, including:
-Chairs
-Wardrobes
-Coffee Tables
-Beds
-Sofas and 3 piece suites
-Various electrical items
-Washing machines, cookers, fridges
All electrical appliances are PAT safety tested.
There is also a wide variety of glass and chinaware,
books, music, and games. Just compare our quality and p
rices with that of any market or second hand store -
we can't be beat! The companions and staff are friendly
and helpful, and will be glad to assist you with your
purchases.
Make a donation to one of our shops
The success of our charity business depends on supporters
donating good quality furniture, electrical items,
bric-a-brac, books and pictures, which we then resell
in our quest to become financially self sufficient.
We offer a house-clearing service - we'll come and
collect any of your unwanted items, keep the salable
ones and dispose of the rest for you.
Please note the following restrictions apply on certain items:
-All soft furnishings must meet the 1988 Fire Regulations
(See fire label on the item) .
-All beds and mattresses must meet the 1996 Fire Regulations
(See fire label on the item).
-All televisions, videos and dvd players must have a
remote control and scart socket.
-All televisions must be seen working when donated/collected.
-All electrical appliances must be in full working order
and be safe to use.

Volunteer your time
Working at Emmaus Greenwich will allow you to gain
valuable work experience as well as meet new people
and acquire new skills. We would prefer volunteers
who are willing to work one or two days a week, but
any hours you can spare will be very much appreciated.
Training, lunch, and reasonable travel expenses are on
us. Also, you are eligible to buy goods from our shop
at an even better discount!
Skills and experience which are particularly in demand
include:
-Van drivers & buddies
-Publicity, PR, & Fundraising
-Electricians, handymen
-Furniture restoration & gardening
