Emmaus pedal power helps children's charity
A sponsored bike ride by Companions and staff at Emmaus Gloucestershire has raised funds for the Railway Children, a charity that has helped thousands of street children worldwide.
The 28 mile route took in all three Emmaus Gloucestershire shops in Nailsworth, Gloucester and Cheltenham. After the race, Ian Watson from the Railway children accepted a cheque for £1800 from Emmaus Gloucestershire. The cheque was presented by Andy Hazell, the Gloucester and England rugby player.
