Our Olympic year Marathon runners need your help!
With just over a week to go until they hit the start line of the London Marathon, our runners are now all ready for the starting gun - can you help with their final push for sponsorship?
The team comprises Emmaus UK's Supporter Development Officer James Donaldson, Andy Bache, Felicity Clarke and Angie Guirey.
James said: "I did my longest run, 21 miles, two weeks ago in Durham. I'm now tapering my training and will start carb loading next week."
Andy is doing most of his fundrasing through the Emmaus Brighton shop, but could do with some online sponsorship too.
There's also Thalia Griffiths who is fundraising for Emmaus Hastings, where she is also a Trustee.
Team Adam Banham and Hazel Ellard are raising money for Emmaus Norwich, and are even offering a prize draw for those who donate.
