Volunteering
Volunteering opportunities vary at Emmaus Colchester. At the moment we are looking for people to help in the following ways:
Handyman
General all round handyman is required to assist in warehouse.
Basic carpentry skills; Painting and Decorating; Knowledge of building materials and their use.
The ability to show others how to carry out these tasks would be a bonus.
The warehouse is open Monday to Saturday from 9am until 5 pm.
Anytime you can give. Cooked lunch available

Gardener
The Community runs an allotment and we could do with some help
We would like to be able to grow vegetables for the benenfit of the Community
We need someone who can plan and organise the planting and harvesting besides giving training to our Companions.
Could you be that person who would be willing to give up some of your free time to help. If so please contact Fiona on 01206 541616. We await your call.
