Companions in the Community

On Sunday 22nd May Emmaus Burnley Companions offered to volunteer their services to help out at Ightenhill Festival.

On their day off, three Companions ran an Emmaus Burnley stall at the event, raising money for the Friemds of Ightenhill by delling donated bric-a-brac from the Emmaus Burnley Superstore. The Companions also arrived early to help set up the other stalls at the festival; and were thrilled to be able to help out the local community.
