Asics British 10K run. See London in a whole new light

Could you run 10k for Emmaus?

In 2010 the Asics 10k race will be held on Sunday 11th July and will start at 9.35am. Starting off from Hyde Park corner the route takes you up Pall Mall, past Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar square up to St Pauls Cathedral and then on to Tower Bridge. On your return you will take in the Tate Modern, the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament. What a fantastic way to see London!

Emmaus do not have any guaranteed places for this run so you need to sign up online. Please remember to let Emmaus know you are running as your details will not be passed on to us.

The entry costs are £29.50 and benefits include:
• Official classic cotton event sponsors t-shirt in the tri colours of the Union Jack
• Finishers medal with Tower Bridge on reverse
• Official full colour event programme
• A post race goody bag

If you opt for the £36 entry cost then you will also be given a Chip timer which will map your run and give an exact run time. You will also receive a free high resolution Race Timed Photo which you can download after the Race. If your run number is covered when you cross the finish line, or you are not wearing in on your front then you will not receive this photo so make sure you remember to smile!
