Remember your loved one with Emmaus
Making a donation in lieu of flowers is a wonderful way of paying tribute to a loved one who has passed away.
One Emmaus supporter tells us why her family opted to ask for donations, ‘When my grandmother died we had a collection at the Church service. Knowing that this fantastic woman, who had given so much of herself to others during her life, was still inspiring people to help others was a comfort. We made a beautiful bouquet from her own garden which we knew would have meant a lot to our lovely grandmother and mother’
Asking your friends and family to donate to Emmaus instead of sending flowers to their funeral means you can commemorate the life of the deceased while offering new life and hope to homeless men and women.
