Federation Office

The Emmaus UK Federation Office provides support and co-ordination to Communities and Groups in the UK. It employs about 25 full and part-time staff and is based in Cambridge.

FEDERATION SUPPPORT

The Federation Support team works with members to deliver and maintain strong Emmaus Communities, supporting local decision-making based on good practice.Their areas of work are:

Governance and Community development support
Social Enterprise support
Keeping members informed about Emmaus International
The provision of Relief Community Leaders
Local Authority liaison
HR support
Communications support
Internal communication and information sharing

FUNDRAISING AND MARKETING

The Fundraising and Marketing team provides expertise and advice to Members who are fundraising locally, makes approaches and applications on behalf of Emmaus members,raises funds to support the Federation Office's work with Communities and Groups and works to raise the profile of Emmaus.Their areas of work are:

Local fundraising support
Direct Marketing
Media
Developing relationships with our President, Patron and celebrity supporters
Producing publicity resources and merchandise
Website and digital communications

FINANCE AND FACILITIES

The Finance and Facilities team manages the finances and facilities of the Federation Office. They are also responsible for administering the Solidarity Fund and providing advice on financial issues to Members.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND PA

The Chief Executive leads the Federation Office in the provision of support services for the Federation members and represents Emmaus UK externally. The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive also supports the Trustee Board, and maintains contact information for Communities and Groups.
